If a domain we list or sold is being used for spam, fraud, phishing or trademark misuse, tell us. Reports go to a monitored inbox and are triaged within one business day.

What is happening? * Include URLs, timestamps and what you have already tried. If you hold a trademark, add the registration number.

False reports waste everyone's time. Deliberately false or defamatory reports may be ignored.

What happens next

We acknowledge the report and log it against the domain.
If the name is still with us, we can suspend the listing or the transfer immediately.
If it has been transferred, we forward the evidence to the current registrar and the relevant hosting provider.
We may ask for proof of the trademark or of the harm described.

Faster routes for some cases

Phishing or malware — report the URL to the hosting provider and to Google Safe Browsing as well; takedown is often quicker.
Spam email — include the full headers so the sending infrastructure can be identified.
Trademark — include the registration number and jurisdiction.
